Collect, Display, and Receive

Essentials – Ratings & Reviews

In an Essentials Package, a retailer looking to Collect, Display and Receive UGC (User Generated Content) (ratings & reviews) has access to Bazaarvoice’s out-of-the-box Collection and Display templates. Essentials package includes the ability to receive reviews from brands in the Bazaarvoice Network as well as respond to reviews on their own site. The Essentials package comes with automated reporting enabled through their own client dashboard and access to self-service resource hub. Includes Standard support. 

Advanced – Ratings & Reviews

A retailer selecting the Advanced Package, looking to Collect, Display and Receive UGC (ratings & reviews, Q&A), has access to Bazaarvoice’s out-of-the-box Collection and Display standard templates and other functionality offered in the Essentials Package. The Advanced package also allows retailers the ability to collect reviews via text message. The Advanced package allows retailers the ability to Receive reviews from brands in the Bazaarvoice Network as well as respond to reviews & questions on their own site. The Advanced package comes with SEO. In addition to the dashboard and automated reporting, the Advanced Package enables deeper Insights reporting and allows access to annual instructor-led training, annual program performance reviews, and a designated client success manager.   Includes Standard support. 

Enterprise – Ratings & Reviews

The Enterprise package offers all the functionality in the Advanced package. The Enterprise package also allows a retailer to customize their Collection and Display of UGC (ratings & reviews, Q&A), as well as receive content from brands in the Bazaarvoice Network. In addition to the standard templates, Enterprise clients have full API access and the ability to customize the collection and display of content, including the use of Bazaarvoice’s Review Highlight feature. Enterprise brands and retailers can respond to reviews and questions on their own site, both through the platform or through the API. Also included are biannual program performance reviews, content strategy and program design consulting.  Includes Standard support. 

Essentials – Social Commerce

In an Essentials Package, a retailer looking to Collect, Display and Receive UGC User Generated Content) (social content) has the ability to receive social content from brands in the Bazaarvoice Visual Syndication Network. Clients also have access to a shared media library to collect and manage all social content, ability to create shoppable Galleries on the homepage, category, full-page and PDP, a media uploader for consumers to upload photos and videos to homepage and full page galleries and lastly access to reporting & insights (revenue and conversion metrics and performance benchmarks). Includes Standard support. Includes access to Social Commerce Strategist for 90 day onboarding. 

Advanced – Social Commerce

A retailer selecting the Advanced Package, looking to Collect, Display and Receive UGC (social content) has access to all the features and functionality provided in the Essentials Package but also those offered in Social Pro (listed below) plus more advanced reporting and tracking.  Includes Standard support. Includes access to a designated Social Commerce Strategist and annual Program Performance Reviews.

Enterprise – Social Commerce

The Enterprise package offers all the functionality in the Advanced package but in addition, allows a retailer to track and gather insights on more competitors and influencers. Retailers also have Media API Access –  in order to design custom-built Galleries, mobile integration, etc. Also included are retargeting pixels, Like2Buy ESP integration, and access to white label the e-commerce experience.  Includes Standard support. Includes access to a designated Social Commerce Strategist and biannual Program Performance Reviews.

Distribute only

Essentials – Ratings & Reviews

In an Essentials Package, clients can send their collected content to 1 retailer on the Bazaarvoice Network for as long as the retailer allows.  Includes Standard support. 

Advanced – Ratings & Reviews

Clients can send their collected content to all retailers on the Bazaarvoice Network for as long as the retailers allow.  Includes Standard support. 

There is no Distribute-only, Enterprise offering for Ratings & Reviews

Social Commerce is not offered with the Distribute-Only package.

Essentials – Ratings & Reviews

In an Essentials Package, a brand or retailer looking to Collect and Display UGC (ratings & reviews) has access to Bazaarvoice’s out-of-the-box Collection and Display templates. Features include web submission form, Bazaarvoice-hosted review submission form for links as well embedding in the PDP, email review collection, UGC program insights, conversion reports (pixel), and UGC program data exports. The Essentials package also includes access to a self-service resource hub.  Includes privacy management and product catalog management. Includes Standard support. 

Advanced – Ratings & Reviews

A brand or retailer selecting the Advanced package, looking to Collect and Display UGC (ratings & reviews, Q&A), has access to Bazaarvoice’s out-of-the-box Collection and Display templates including the ability to Respond to reviews & answer questions on their own site (with Q&A email alerts) and access to seller ratings. The Advanced package also allows clients the ability to collect reviews via text message. Also included is functionality offered in the Essentials Package. Includes dashboard and automated reporting. Advanced also allows access to annual instructor-led training, annual program performance reviews, and a designated client success manager.   Includes Standard support.

Clients with the Advanced offering have access to features including web submission form, email review collection, UGC program insights, conversion reports (pixel), and UGC program data export. It also allows clients to send non-customizable emails. The Advanced package also allows clients the ability to collect reviews via text message. The content collected may be distributed to all retailers on the Bazaarvoice Network for as long as the retailers allow. Content is owned by the client, with unlimited exports.  Includes dashboard and automated reporting. Advanced also allows access to annual instructor-led training.  Includes Standard support. 

Enterprise – Ratings & Reviews

The Enterprise package allows a brand or retailer to collect and distribute their UGC (ratings & reviews, Q&A). The Enterprise package offers all the functionality in the Advanced package and more. In addition to the standard templates, Enterprise clients have access to the Privacy API and the Mobile SDK. Just as with Advanced package, the content collected may be distributed to all retailers on the Bazaarvoice Network for as long as the retailers allow. Content is owned by the client with unlimited exports. Included in the Enterprise package are a designated client success manager, biannual program performance reviews, content strategy and program design consulting. Includes Standard support. 

Essentials – Social Commerce

In an Essentials Package, a client looking to Collect and Distribute UGC (User Generated Content) (social content) has access to a shared media library to collect and manage all social content, ability to distribute content to all retailers participating in the Visual Syndication Network including insights and reporting.  Includes Standard support. Includes access to Social Commerce Strategist for 90 day onboarding. 

Advanced – Social Commerce

The Essentials Package is an entry level offering which provides customers access by default to Influencer and Content Search, Influencer Outreach, Campaigns, Reporting, Integration with Shopify/Magento, Content Approval Workflows, Competitor Trends, Payments, and Creator Portal.  Additionally, customers have the option to pay for any of the following add-ons – Community, Influencer Profile and Content Export, Email Integrations for Gmail/Outlook, Skye Magic Search, and Email Sequencing. The Essentials package allows access to 1 user, 200 Influencer Reports per month, 200 Influencer Outreach per month, 1 Active Campaign, 1 social medial channel (Instagram), comes with automated reporting enabled through their own client dashboard and access to self-service resource hub, Includes in-app chat support & setup configuration.

Advanced – Affable.ai

The Advanced Package is a value offering which provides customers access by default to all features of Essentials plus Community, Influencer Profile and Content Export, Email Integrations for Gmail/Outlook. Allocated Usage Descriptions – Affable.ai

  • Number of Users: Reflects the number of users who have access to the online affable.ai dashboard.
  • Influencer Reports: Reflects the number of unique influencer profiles a user can view each month. The influencer profile has detailed stats about the audience, engagement and past brand collaborations for any influencer.
  • Influencer Outreach: Reflects the number of unique influencers a user can reach out to via email from the platform in a month.
  • Active Campaigns: Reflects the number of Campaigns that are actively tracked and refreshed everyday.
  • Social Media Channels: Allows access to data about influencers on social media channels like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
  • Support: Depending on the tier, grants support access to either In App Chat support or a dedicated account manager.

Social Pro

The Social Pro offering allows a brand to schedule content to publish to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest. It also includes analytics to track social performance, shared media library, the tracking of hashtags, competitor tracking and Instagram influencer tracking, and revenue Insights via Google Analytics connection,  Publishing also includes the “LiketoBuy” feature and “Showroom” feature as described in the service description. Product Ratings and Reviews (PRR)

A Bazaarvoice hosted web application providing services to help client collect and display consumer content. Client may purchase a suite of services to help such as ratings & reviews, questions & answers and responsive design. Products Ratings & Reviews includes the following capabilities (defined below): Portal, Post Interaction Email (PIE), Email Notifications (Social Alerts), Syndication, Photo/Video Upload, Bazaarvoice Analytics, and Web Analytics Integration.

Social Package Starter 

The social package (starter) allows a brand to schedule content to publish to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. It also includes analytics to track social performance, the tracking of hashtags, and revenue Insights via Google Analytics connection,  Publishing also includes the “LiketoBuy” feature as described in the service description.

Social Package Pro

The social package (starter) allows a brand to schedule content to publish to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, and track performance in an analytics dashboard. Publishing also includes the “LiketoBuy” feature as described in the service description.  This package includes limited competitor tracking and Instagram influencer tracking.

In a Starter package, a brand looking to Collect and Distribute ratings & reviews can do so via product Sampling into the Bazaarvoice TryIt Community. Starter brands have the ability to Syndicate to one retailer for a one-time fee (TryIt Sampling Single Retailer) or all of the Bazaarvoice Network of Retailers for a recurring, annual fee (Starter – Full Network). Content for TryIt Sampling Single Retailer is Syndicated for as long as Bazaarvoice does business with said retailer and content for Starter – Full Network is Syndicated for the duration of the contract period and is owned by the brand. The Starter package comes with standard implementation, moderation, and email/chat support as well as standard reporting enabled through the Sampling Dashboard.

Professional

A brand selecting the Professional package, looking to Collect and Distribute ratings & reviews, has access to Bazaarvoice’s industry best practice collection templates for Post-Interaction Email and Social Sharing. Professional brands have the ability to Syndicate to the Bazaarvoice Network of Retailers for a recurring, annual fee. Content for Professional is Syndicated for the duration of the contract period and is owned by the brand. The Professional package comes with standard implementation, moderation, and email/chat support as well as enhanced CGC health reporting enabled through the Brand Activation Dashboard.

Enterprise

The Enterprise package allows a brand to customize their Collection and Distribution of ratings & reviews and Q&A. Enterprise brands have the ability to Syndicate to One Retailer or the Full Bazaarvoice Network of Retailers and can Respond to reviews and questions at retail for a recurring, annual fee. Content for Enterprise is Syndicated for the duration of the contract period and owned by the brand. Included in the Enterprise package are moderation, implementation, fully customizable moderation guidelines, and a fully custom account management plan including premium support and access to a dedicated Client Success Director. Brand response software is also inclusive of this tier. Enterprise brands have access to the Bazaarvoice workbench and are granted a one-time data import and unlimited data exports.
