As part of that commitment, we are making efforts to ensure Bazaarvoice’s customers have an accessible user experience, including people with disabilities. In doing so, Bazaarvoice has a goal to be the most compliant solution in the marketplace by complying with applicable accessibility regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III and other applicable accessibility laws.

We want to ensure our assets are accessible for all and are committed to following the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA). Those assets include, but are not limited to, all our software products, the Bazaarvoice.com website, and our consumer-facing applications, e.g. Influenster, Shopify apps, etc. (on both iOS & Android platforms). We have an accessibility partner, Level Access, that we partner with to evaluate our products on an ongoing basis.
