Portal is your one-stop-shop for managing your Ratings & Reviews UGC programs, catalog, and reports. With new features —previously only found in Workbench—Portal gives you even more functionality to help streamline your workflows and power performance. To prepare for the Workbench Retirement on July 31, 2025, we’ve added new features to Portal to ensure a smooth migration and enhance the overall Portal experience.
Let’s recap what we’ve done so far…
To make sure you continue to benefit from all we have to offer, we’ve added the following new features to the Bazaarvoice Portal ahead of the Workbench retirement:

Enhanced Security | Custom Reports | To protect data that is collected for your reports, we implemented security requirements. This helps to keep your data safe and identify who can receive and download reports based on the data included in the report, for example PII. |
Analyst Reports | Custom Reports | We’ve enhanced the Custom Reports feature in Porta. You can create and manage your reports in Portal with more flexibility and customization available using Custom Reports. |
Recurring Alerts | Custom Reports | To replace the recurring alerts feature in Workbench, we’ve introduced new Trends templates in Portal Reports. Now, you can easily track and receive reports on key trends in Ratings & Reviews and Questions & Answers. |

What can you expect when Workbench is retired?
When we officially retire Workbench:
- We’ll update the monthly newsletter to let you know the retirement is complete.
- You can no longer access Workbench from Portal.
- You can make the most of all our features from within one modern Portal!
Important things to consider:
- If you have access to PII in Workbench, we have replicated your permissions in Portal.
- The email address that you received alerts from has now changed to noreply@bazaarvoice.com.
- The email address that you received reports from has now changed to clientcare@bazaarvoice.com.
What do you need to do before the Workbench retirement on July 31, 2025?
To prepare for retirement, we’ve created Portal accounts for all Workbench users. Any users that don’t have an active Portal account will have received an email to activate their new account. Please activate this account ahead of retirement to ensure you can continue to access your data.
Note: The activation link is only valid for seven days from the date it is delivered. If you need a new activation link, contact your Account Administrator or raise a support case.
In the meantime, we recommend that you make the most of our Knowledge Base and video resources and start using Portal to start to get familiar with your new application!

From May until July, we will be hosting monthly office hours. To stay up to date with the retirement, register here. From July onwards, if you have any questions about using Portal, we encourage you to visit our Knowledge Base or raise a support ticket via the Portal if you have any issues.
