We’ve just released a new set of three Connections Brand reports in the Bazaarvoice Portal so you can quickly understand how many reviews and questions have been collected at retailers, response volume, response time, and if questions are going unanswered. Reports can be scheduled, customized, and automatically sent to stakeholders. The three new reports include:
