We launched Social Listening on Bazaarvoice Vibe on November 1, 2024 so our clients could gain valuable insights into their customers behavior, preferences, and sentiment, in order to make data-driven decisions, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.

We started by building a foundation for monitoring Brand Health by topics and with sentiment analysis. This included:

  • Providing insights into the health of the brand: in a word cloud which displays top hashtags used by their audience by mention or their competitors. They can also view top and low performers. 
  • Creating topics to monitor: by keyword or hashtag-based themes, so they can track and analyze relevant conversations with quick access to visualizations of metrics like: total posts, total interactions, total likes and total comments. Share of voice shows the percentage of posts within that topic that mention their brand. For a deeper analysis, they can drill down into specific posts, comments, or mentions. Filter by date range and easily export to Excel.
  • Analyzing sentiment + keywords: so they can optimize their brand positioning and messaging by exploring how their customers feel about their brand (positive, negative, neutral), and gain insights into the topics that matter most to them.

And all of this is fueled by Bazaarvoice HarmonyAI in real-time and displayed in an intuitive and easy-to-use centralized dashboard.

And now we’ve added Competitor Listening so our clients can quickly and easily track and analyze how their brand stacks up against competitors. From engagement trends and sentiment analysis, to share of voice and top performing content, they’ll gain real-time insights that can help refine their strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
