Faster post-campaign survey requests and results
Post-campaign surveys provide valuable insights after a sampling campaign has ended, so you can understand what participants think about your product and brand. Previously, surveys were requested from a Bazaarvoice representative, and results were sent via a manual report.
Now, these surveys can be initiated via Vibe’s campaign request, and results can be reviewed in real-time from Vibe’s campaign reporting. That means faster time-to-content and faster time to insights.
Campaign exports for deeper analysis
You asked and we answered. Campaign exports (.csv files) are now available in Vibe, so you can dig deeper into your sampling results to help optimize your content strategy, products, and future sampling initiatives.

Campaign sorting to surface your best content
Several new metrics have been added to the Overview and Social Content sections of the sampling report, including onsite revenue metrics and various social engagement metrics.
