Two key updates to Bazaarvoice Sampling provide customers brand safety control and real-time visibility into content generation efforts.

Increased Brand Safety: Prevent Media in Sampling Campaign Reviews 

While user-generated photos and videos are generally valuable, for certain products—especially those that are regulated—unwanted or incorrect media in reviews can pose a brand safety risk, increase moderation time, and ultimately result in fewer reviews to use at retail and ecomm sites.  

To solve this challenge, Bazaarvoice Sampling campaigns now offer the option to prevent the collection of media (photos and videos) within review campaign.

Faster, Holistic Reporting: Out-of-Network Review Performance in Vibe 

Bazaarvoice Sampling offers the flexibility to generate content from both the Bazaarvoice Network and vetted out-of-network retailers. Previously, results for the latter were delivered via a separate, manual report after a campaign ended, leading to fragmented reporting and delays in performance analysis.

Now, completion rate results for all review campaign types—whether run within the Bazaarvoice Network or outside of it—are available directly within Bazaarvoice Vibe reporting in real time.
