We launched Social Inbox as part of Bazaarvoice Vibe on November 1, 2024 so our clients could communicate directly, quickly, and easily with their community on social channels.
We started by building a foundation for social marketing managers to save time viewing and responding to comments from their community on Instagram. Then we released the ability to use AI to help write responses to frequently asked questions. And now we are further expanding our Social Inbox experience with the ability to respond via direct messages on Instagram.
