We use agile methodologies that allow us to make real-time course corrections. We release minimally viable prototypes within small groups of clients that are as excited about pushing the envelope as we are. This lets us test assumptions about user behavior and community engagement. And, more importantly, we can assess the business value of a product.
The data and metrics ultimately determine each product’s future. If the business value is there, it’s a win. If not, it’s back to the drawing board. Either way, it’s a learning experience that pushes us forward to the next big innovation.
