Word of mouth is clearly just as important today as it was in the pre- Internet times, but fortunately, the avenues for that content are vast now. Immediately being able to share your review with friends is fantastic for creating product buzz. The key seems to be ensuring that reviews don&#039;t stay static, but snowball into real revenue and marketing win. So, finding new ways to empower customers to spread and share their reviews is hugely important. Location services may be a nice way to have content spread to other customers, especially with Twitter, gowalla, and the like making such integration so easy.</description>
