Great post Jeff. From an executive standpoint its easy forget that the terms and keywords we feel are beneficial to finding our products and services may not be the same ones used by our customers. Giving them the ability to generate content and then providing a platform to amplify that content (SyndicateVoice) can only make it easier for other consumers to find us and feel comfortable enough with our products and service (from the lingo of others just like them) to purchase.
