Jennifer wrote a post on our blog back in January about how Bath and Body Works discontinued a scent she liked, etc. and we STILL get comments on that post from people who (got one today as a matter of fact) complaining that BBW di the same thing to them. Is there a mechanism on their site to address this?

In other words, are they listening? Are they doing anything with the feedback they&#039;re getting?</description>
