		<description>Great post! I think your definition is a good basis for thinking about this issue. I&#039;m looking at the subject from the &#039;crowdsourcing&#039; perspective. What I find really exciting is that all different sorts of industries are opening up to their customers. 

The question that comes to my mind is to what extent customers want to &quot;control, connect and contribute&quot;. 

The internet allows for an enormous shift of tasks from organisations towards individuals. How will this shift shape the way organisations will look in the (near) future?
