Delta has also done a wonderful job soliciting feedback and ideas from customers with their new "Change the Experience" campaign. Check out their website: http://change.delta.com/

Delta is allowing customers to ideate on ways to improve the fly-time exprience, and the Delta has left it to the community to rate and prioritize each suggestion. It is now up to Delta to follow through with this program and prove to customers that they take this sincere feedback seriously.
