Ask & Answer lets consumers ask questions within the purchase path, then other consumers, manufacturers, and product experts contribute answers. This talk-back functionality creates a closed loop between an organization and a consumer, provides great feedback to manufacturers and retailers, and lives directly where consumers are looking to buy: on the product and category pages.

- Ask & Answer lets manufacturers speak directly to consumers. Ask & Answer lives where consumers shop – primarily on retailers’ pages – but Bazaarvoice notifies manufacturers of new questions across all Bazaarvoice-enabled retailer sites, so manufacturers can answer their questions promptly. This increases manufacturer-specific content, increasing “shelf space” on the retailer site for those brands.
- Many ways to ask and answer. Bazaarvoice allows photos and videos to enhance questions and answers, and we enable brands to include hyperlinks in their responses to consumers. Badging lets consumers know who’s answering questions – product specialists, retailers, or other consumers. Visitors can even vote on the helpfulness of each answer.
