Bazaarvoice Opens Its Global Network through Content Acquisition Partner Program

AUSTIN, TX, October 13, 2016 — In an effort to help marketers generate more authentic consumer-generated content (CGC) for their customers, Bazaarvoice, Inc. (Nasdaq:BV) today introduced the Content Acquisition Partner Program (CAPP), which provides partnership and integration between Bazaarvoice and companies who have demonstrated the ability to collect valuable consumer content for one of the world’s largest networks of brands and retailers. Through this program, CAPP members, who specialize in helping clients generate reviews through product sampling programs, mobile apps and more, can help shared clients produce more quality content to power their CGC programs.

Since introducing the program, dozens of innovative companies have joined the CAPP. The program offers:

  • Scalable technical integration: The CAPP enables direct API integrations from partners into the Bazaarvoice Network of brand and retail client sites, ensuring that content from CAPP members goes through Bazaarvoice’s moderation specifications and syndicates to retail websites around the world.
  • Dedicated support team: Bazaarvoice offers dedicated support and services to CAPP members to help with onboarding new clients, developing new integrations, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Prioritized client success: The primary goal of CAPP is to ensure shared clients are happy and successful. Bazaarvoice and its partners are committed to offering clients innovative ways to implement effective CGC programs based on their specific needs.
